**What do you like best about IBM Watson Assistant?**

IBM Watson Assistant is its ability to create intelligent and user-friendly chat experiences without making interactions feel robotic. I like that it can understand user intent, handle conversations efficiently, and integrate with different platforms. It also provides flexibility to build virtual assistants for customer support, automation, and business processes. Another thing I appreciate is how it combines AI capabilities with analytics and customization, which helps improve user experience over time.

**What do you dislike about IBM Watson Assistant?**

One thing I feel could be improved in IBM Watson Assistant is that the initial setup and advanced configuration can sometimes be a bit complex, especially for new users. Some customizations and integrations may require additional effort and technical understanding. Also, for highly complex conversational flows, it can take time to train and optimize the assistant for better accuracy. But overall, it is still a strong platform for building AI-based assistants
