"Best ECM software" 4/5 What do you like best about IBM FileNet Content Manager? I have used IBM CM8 content manager software along with IBM Content Navigator and integrated with IBM BPM. CM8 provides functionality to the users to customise the data model based on the business requirement, handles all data format, can handle huge number of files with ease, provides security based on custom defined attributes to protect sensitive data. What do you dislike about IBM FileNet Content Manager? Integrating with external products like IBM BPM is bit complex and had difficulty with certain document formats in the ICN viewer. It has a significant number of add-ons to enable Compliance (Enterprise Records), Workflow (BPM/ICM) and also works by integrating with Amazon S3 (or IBM Cloud Object Storage).
