It has significantly improved the efficiency of our daily administrative tasks, allowing me to focus more on the core part of our business—caring for children. The software has reduced operational and administrative workload while ensuring compliance with billing and policies. It has also improved parent communication, which has helped us grow our business and strengthen relationships with families. Overall, iCare Software has helped us build trust within our community and increase our brand visibility. I highly recommend it to any childcare centers looking to streamline operations and improve parent engagement. **What do you dislike about iCare?** So far, I haven’t found anything to point out, as it has all the tools I need to manage my center. **What problems is iCare solving and how is that benefiting you?** The administration and operation aspects were taking up a lot of our time. With iCare software, we have managed to save up to 80% of the time we used to spend on these administrative and operational tasks. ### 2. Supports multiple users and features can be easily customized! **What do you dislike about iCare?** Takes time to get used to so would be handy if there were training videos or additional support provided for new users. **Recommendations to others considering iCare:** Great software!
