We use I3 to help manage our call intake.

**What do you like best about i3solutions?**

I like that we can also push faxes and emails through I3 as well as phone calls.

**What do you dislike about i3solutions?**

Due to the high number of specialized queues we have I3 does not meet all our needs. We frequently have service interruptions or crashes.

**Recommendations to others considering i3solutions:**

Be sure they can accomodate your needs.
