This reviewer was offered a nominal gift card as thank you for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024 **What do you like best about HyperC?** -HyperC helps you to connect the retailers, ecommerce business etc to AI. - They are capable to introduce AI into your existing business through collecting and studying the data stats of your company. - Connecting your business through HyperC takes a little more time due to the small strength of employees - Although they are providing good customer support and updates. - Mainly dealing in ecommerce business only. **What do you dislike about HyperC?** The time taken for building till the final product is a little on the higher side. Plus, the product and support cost is also on the higher side. **What problems is HyperC solving and how is that benefiting you?** As everyone is becoming digitally active, HyperC provides you with the means to connect your business to AI, which helps you decrease manpower and reliance on humans. We also absolutely love their demand forecasting abilities which are super accurate based on our growth appetite and product variety. When Amazon just recently deceased the storage limits hyperc helped us in a matter of days so we didn't have to pay overstock fees. **What do you dislike about HyperC?** Still needs some human attention to make sure the decisions we make are recorded in the system for most accurate future predictions. **What problems is HyperC solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don;t need to look at each brand separately now. Can combine shipments to save money and get rid of 90% of my google sheets. ### 3.
