**What do you like best about Hubalz?**

Hubalz was a brilliant alternative to Google Analytics.  Easy to set up, and great reporting.

**What do you dislike about Hubalz?**

I logged in one day to find, without any explanation, that my plan had been downgraded and lots of elements didn't work.  I can't even log in now.  No comms from the team, it just seems to have imploded.

**What problems is Hubalz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was helping me understand visitor traffic to my website.
