  ### 1. Ugh, not the easiest system to work with for DME companies.

**What do you like best about HPlusPro?**

Logging in is easy to do. The queue is sort of easy to get through but aging does not automatically populate, someone else has to put items in the queue to work.

**What do you dislike about HPlusPro?**

I do not like anything about Healthpac systems. The software is not user friendly. It is a DOS format and still need to use function keys to get through the system.

**Recommendations to others considering HPlusPro:**

Run away, this software is awful to use and hard to even grasp in some cases.  The layout and templates are hard to find and you cannot edit or try to improve the formatting. Reports are not useful even though there are plenty to choose from, you cannot edit so you only see what you want to see. 

**What problems is HPlusPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A small DME company is not the ideal company to be using the software. There are very little benefits to our company.

**What do you like best about HPlusPro?**

The new interface allows the latest version of Internet Explorer to be utilized.  I like that all modules are on a webpage now instead of a clunky application.  

**What do you dislike about HPlusPro?**

I am disappointed that it does not work well with Chrome.  

**What problems is HPlusPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reception check in, appointment scheduling, tech approval and full integration into PACS are all being utilized with HPlusPro.
