It is almost inexpensive for the ROI it provides. The UI is simple and easy to understand, and the creator was very nice and supportive when onboarding my boss. The AI system that does the filing is also always does a great job and makes it easy for the process to go smoothly. **What do you dislike about Houndseer?** The only downside to Houndseer that I could see other owners having, mine not included, is adding another user to their doordash portal. Once they realize that this is necessary and Houndseer forbids any tampering with their portal and only wants to help, the hesitation quickly suibsides. **What problems is Houndseer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Houndseer solves the issue of tracking down every error charge or dispute and filing it manually.
