**What do you like best about Hotmail Converter for Mac?**

Hotmail converter is helpful to reduce the clutter of mail, making backups in different mail platforms easy and importing in one place. It stands best from competitors in my opinion, for the UI design.

**What do you dislike about Hotmail Converter for Mac?**

The lack of customization and no mobile app support. This could be better if they implement an app or a cloud-based platform to access anywhere but I think they lack in vision with the software implementation.

**What problems is Hotmail Converter for Mac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Put every mail of different platforms in one place. The main benefit is to collect all the files, mails, docs etc in mail, make a backup and importing in one email client like in the Mac in my case all of my Hotmail and Yahoo mails in one place.
