The automations implemented in this platform makes it way different than expected. Awesome service with target audience reachability. **What do you dislike about HORISEN SMS Platform?** Sometimes when sms are triggered it don't reach to the end user and it make it worse. Sometimes its api is not available to work and it keeps loading and not send sms to the user **What problems is HORISEN SMS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously i was manually sending sms to users using list but now horisen do it by self using sorting and then sending sms to recipient with modified text and unique for each user which make it look different and real type sms. ### 3. It provides bulk and quick message service with shorting and selecting specific people. Also we can use it with port option **What do you dislike about HORISEN SMS Platform?** Sometimes it lags a lot during SMS processing. Also it sometimes doesn't reach the sender.
