A lot of deals and leads were falling through the cracks. We used HockeyStack's funnel reporting and segmentation to find out why and fix leaks. We didn't have visibility into the handoff between marketing -\> sales and sales -\> product before, and that was where most of the leaks were happening and where HockeyStack was most helpful. What I like about HockeyStack is it has a clean UI and very easy to set up and running in no time with just a single line of code with no cookies required. There's no plug-in and it saves the load time of my site. Some analytics tools such as the funnel give a very good visual as well about my visitor activities. It is cookie-less tracking. And it is simple to use, and it is easy to create visual funnels, for example, for an e-commerce store. This is an alternative to Google analytics, but the funnel parameters are easier to set up. What do you dislike about HockeyStack? It misses more advanced features found in Google Analytics, for example, to "read" the volume of the sales, and not just the number of sales. It is a very young product, and then it has not the large number of integrations that GA has. Also, it has a survey feature that is paid as an add-on if you want it without the logo of Hockeystack. Hockey stack also lets you define goals and track the conversion against those too. its a blessing for those who are struggling to make sense of google analytics. The latest update also brings to the table the new and free survey tool that allows you to perform a quick NPS, usability, and other surveys.
