Every marketer has a pretty large tech stack and several digital channels that they rely on — for us, it's Hubspot (MAP), Salesforce (CRM), Linkedin Ads, Google Ads...etc...etc. Hockeystack simplifies the analytics for us by bringing everything together, so we can run our own queries. The install and integration process was easy, and we have biweekly calls with our awesome CSM who helps answer any questions we have and will sometimes help build out reports and dashboards. Being able to track the entire pipeline end to end. We used HubSpot before and we couldn't see what happened before the lead filled out a form or before we went outbound. Except if you don't have experience using attribution tools, it may seem a little bit complex, but Hockeystack team assisted us in every step. We are trying to understand what part of our go to market drives most revenue most efficiently. That includes spend calculations, conversion rates across the whole funnel, and accurate attribution. Everything was really smooth. Filled out a form, chose a time from the calendar link, did a 30-minute meeting where I got all information, got onboarded and set up everything in the last 2 minutes of the call, dashboards were made for me, decided to upgrade mid-trial. I have never worked in a company where attribution & analytics was not a problem. They came to us at a time of cost cutting, so we turned off most of our ads when we saw they weren't bringing any revenue and funneled some of the spend to the top 5 campaigns. I've never worked for a company where issues with analytics and attribution weren't present. When I first started using it, the UI was a little rough, but they've worked hard to improve it in the last few months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is HockeyStack solving and how is that benefiting you? People in sales, marketing, and product management were unaware of one another's activities. Deals and leads were being lost in the shuffle. To determine the cause and address leaks, we used HockeyStack's funnel reporting and segmentation. Prior to the implementation of HockeyStack, we lacked visibility into the handoff between marketing -\> sales and sales -\> product, which was where the majority of leaks occurred and where HockeyStack was most useful.
