**What do you like best about HiveMind?**

I think what I appreciate most is the concept of bringing many super talented  candidates to others. Even though you can find this service elsewhere but in a complex or even if its expensive , they have managed to build a large and well-structured base in a short time. I truly wish them the best of luck.

**What do you dislike about HiveMind?**

It’s not exactly a dislike, but I think it would be helpful to add an additional feature with price for talent. Some candidates are struggling to pass the AI, so having a feature that allows for candidate training would be beneficial for both candidates and customers. This feature would ensure that candidates are required to complete training and pass it, helping to make sure they stay up to date with new and trending technologies.

**What problems is HiveMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's difficult to find a good candidate because the process takes so much time, from reviewing applications to assigning tasks. However, with hiveMind Ai, I believe this could benefit a lot of people.

**What do you like best about HiveMind?**

Moving from TestGorilla to HiveMind helped us stitch our hiring process together. While TestGorilla handled assessments well, everything after that still required manual work, sending emails, scheduling interviews, and coordinating calls. HiveMind turns assessments into a complete workflow: once a candidate clears a technical test, they’re automatically progressed into interviews. The Live Interview Co-Pilot really sets it apart. Having real-time support during live interviews saves us a huge amount of operational overhead compared to relying solely on asynchronous test results.

**What do you dislike about HiveMind?**

Since HiveMind brings testing, scheduling, and interviewing into one platform, it initially feels more complex than TestGorilla’s focused, assessment-only interface. There was a short adjustment period while our team got comfortable navigating the all-in-one workflow

**What do you like best about HiveMind?**

HiveMind delivers the automation we were looking for without the heavy, enterprise-style complexity we experienced with HireVue. The platform feels genuinely human-first, and candidates consistently mention how refreshing it is not to interact with something that feels overly robotic. Implementation was fast, measured in days rather than months, and the AI Co-Pilot is a standout capability that HireVue doesn’t come close to matching. We now have a truly end-to-end hiring workflow at a significantly lower cost, and the flexibility it provides our mid-sized team has been a game changer.

**What do you dislike about HiveMind?**

Additional native integrations with scheduling tools and HR systems would be helpful to further streamline workflows and minimize context switching.

**What problems is HiveMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business problem it solves:
Many enterprise hiring tools take too long to implement, cost too much, and are overly complex. They can also create a robotic candidate experience that isn’t a good fit for mid-sized teams.

How it benefits me:
I get a fast-to-launch, lower-cost, human-first, end-to-end hiring workflow with strong AI support. It gives me more flexibility and a better candidate experience, which leads to faster hiring with less effort and a higher ROI.

We used Hivemind to assess candidates for a team lead role, and the leadership judgment scenarios proved to be incredibly helpful. Instead of relying solely on charisma during interviews, we could observe how candidates actually make decisions.

The leadership case studies were beneficial, but a few more advanced ones would be ideal.

It handles resume overload, slow manual screening, lost candidate follow-ups, and inconsistent evaluations by using an AI recruiter to screen, rank, engage, and schedule candidates automatically.

It saves me hours of manual work, processes faster, makes better hiring decisions, reduces bias, and provides candidates with a smoother, more responsive experience, all without growing my recruiting team.

When running multiple pipelines, the tags can get crowded. More space or color coding would nice.

It removes or reduces the burden of manually screening and evaluating candidates: AI does resume ranking + skill/personality assessments and  it is more reliable and fair evaluation of candidates, the assessments are skill-based, with predefined criteria for many different roles

It was really high volume. As the HR, Hivemind helped me cut through the noise and surface genuinely good candidates quickly. Its coding tasks and “report card” breakdown helped us avoid wasting time on resumes that looked good but didn’t deliver.

Handling many different open roles simultaneously can be clunky. The dashboard could use more flexibility to switch between pipelines easier.

Setting up a new role with the right combination of assessments requires effort. Once live, things run well, but the initial setup is intensive.

We had been dealing with the problem of 'resume inflation,' where candidates would claim skills they clearly lacked once we interviewed them. Hivemind resolved this issue almost right away. The open-ended tasks really showcase genuine ability. For example, one candidate who seemed ideal on paper struggled significantly during the assessment, while another with a less impressive resume turned out to be our best hire in the past two years.

I only wish that the skill reports would load more quickly, especially when there are many candidates in the pipeline.

We were constantly behind on sending feedback to candidates, which left a bad impression and made a lot of top candidates fall off. Hivemind makes it easy for candidates to get automatic updates when they don’t pass a stage, which has taken a big weight off our shoulders. It’s helped us stay more organized and respectful of everyone’s time.

Our biggest issue was candidate drop-off. The long pauses between stages made people lose interest. Hivemind basically automated every "next step", so candidates kept moving without us having to babysit the process.

I run a really lean team, and anytime we post a job post, we get flooded with applications. It used to create massive backlogs, but Hivemind helped us clear those out quickly. The automation made things manageable

You need to be very specific with job descriptions for the system to do its best work. It could be more predictive
