Hive is the reliable operations partner for Direct-to-Consumer brands. With its comprehensive 3PL approach, a network of fulfillment centers operated by Hive across Europe, and in-house developed software, this Berlin scale-up is a solution for e-commerce logistics. Hive is the operational "heart" of a D2C brand, offering freight booking, D2C and B2B fulfillment and delivery, packaging design and procurement, returns, and an end-customer app, helping a brand become more sustainable. **What do you like best about Hive?**

Their Delivery capabilities, SLas and customer surpport. Outstanding

**What do you dislike about Hive?**

The monthly subscription costs, which can be high for you a new company. However in the medium term the low variable cost completly offset it

**What problems is Hive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a CEO and founder of a DTC E-Commerce, finding the right 3pl provider was crucial. Hive has being key in our launch and day to day operations, alowing us to benefit from an outstanding infrastucture at a reasonable cost, normally reserved for the big players
