**What do you like best about HireBeen?**

HireBeen’s AI-screening has enhanced the quality of candidates I get to interview. It helps filter out unwanted applications and also saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on deleting obvious worthless applications.

**What do you dislike about HireBeen?**

There are only few options for customization on the site which makes HireBeen’s offer seem basic. Now the current system does not enable me to tag certain skills or experiences as more relevant to my niche positions.

**What problems is HireBeen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HireBeen has brought much change in that I do not spend much of my time sorting through undesirables applicants. The AI screening guarantees that the candidates meet the minimum requirements, thus reducing the workload of sifting through resumes and screening candidates.
