There are different ways to procure our software and services and as the software is modular, each system is configured with elements and modules specific to a customer needs. The different deployment options including onsite or premise-based systems as well as fully hosted systems in our data centers.

For premise-based systems we offer two licensing options. One is a Perpetual License with a one-time license fee and then annual support in subsequent years. The other option for our premise-based system is an Annual License which is a premise-based system but priced much like a subscription, with an annual licensing fee. The final option is a fully hosted system in our datacenter with an annual service fee that is variable based on features purchased.

Hiplink works well with all phone carriers unlike previous applications we have used prior Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hiplink?

Hiplink offers a modular solution, that is to say it offers to acquire licenses according to needs (you pay for only what you need). Its team is also committed to customer service and responds efficiently to the specific requests of our company. Hiplink also offers an on-premises solution, which means that updates are controlled by our IT team, which we appreciate to ensure that our environment remains functional (no unpleasant surprises!). What do you dislike about Hiplink?

A module considered by our company (Email Gateway) suggested the use of POP3, an aging protocol which is no longer recommended by Microsoft (default value for server management). The technical team at HipLink, however, offered to adapt its solution to integrate the SMTP protocol, but this would have taken a few weeks of development, which did not correspond to our deadlines.
