**What do you like best about High5?**

What an easy way to build commoradority with staff.   I love that it can be anonymous but also you can tag people when you want to.  A great way to check-in weekly, to see how things are going, and also to look back to see progress with self or people you manage.

**What do you dislike about High5?**

I wish you could add Gifs, or uploads to the High5 to give more personality to the updates.

**What problems is High5 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building community with staff, checking in with how we are feeling and what tasks you are working on this week, so your manager can keep a hand on what to expect and how employees are doing.

it is good, it has wonderful features, and it will be too good to give recognistions

High 5 does'nt have too much redeem options

Custom rewards that can be redeemed and how one can appreciate peers and get appreciated

Nothing yet! I have been using it for a while but didnt come across anything I dont like
