**What do you like best about HICX?**

Hicx is very customizable.  The ability to flowchart a complex onboarding system including multiple streams and stakeholders is accomplished through complex programing capabilities.

**What do you dislike about HICX?**

The same complexity that I love is also what I hate about it.  Programming is clunky and difficult.  I wanted to redesign one task that involved a 100 question questionnaire, and it has taken several hundred hours of programming over more than a year to accomplish, including our need for professional services to accomplish the task.

**What problems is HICX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hicx took a vendor onboarding process that previously required filing a ticket and attaching e-mails from about a dozen different stakeholders saying that they approved the vendor, and made it a uniform process with a single system automatically notifying everyone to streamline the process.
