What do you like best about HiCAD?

HiCAD gives you maximum flexibility. You can directly design your product model in 3D and get 2D production drawings here. Or you can draw 2-dimensional initially, then add 3-dimensional objects and automatically transform your drawing into a 3D model. What do you dislike about HiCAD?

Although I have used this application for a short time, I cannot say that I have seen any disadvantages or shortcomings. It is an easy and fast application for me to learn. However, it might be better if new updates are available and functions are added. But it would not be fair to see this as a disadvantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good middleclass, 2D/3D CAD"

What do you like best about HiCAD?

They are focusing on integrating 2D and 3D in one piece of software. Which is great if you have to deal with both of it. The steel sheet part is good integrated as well. They are strong in the profile handling, which we are not yet using properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiCAD?

It is not one of the big players where you can expect flawlessnes in the first place.

Recommendations to others considering HiCAD:

If you need a middleclass good established powerfull 2D/3D CAD with PDM etc. at a affordable price, ISD and HiCAD is a good choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
