**What do you like best about Heyway Chat?**

How simple it is. I just gave it my links and docs, clicked on train and the bot was ready in like a minute or two. No coding, no long setup, just works. I could also change the look a bit so it feels like part of my site which is nice.

**What do you dislike about Heyway Chat?**

Would be cool to have more detailed analytics. Right now it only shows total chats and messages, which is fine but I’d like to see more info on users. Also no Zapier or webhooks yet, but not a dealbreaker.

**What problems is Heyway Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me answer questions on my site without me being there all the time. People can find info from my docs and links right in the chat, which saves me from repeating the same answers. It also makes the site feel more professional and helps with leads.
