Not much to be honest. They're support is so fast and kind and will fix anything that goes wrong. The only thing I would say that I dislike is having to reinstate accounts every so often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great scheduling platform, intuitive, easy to use, great client approval and feedback process.

Instagram grid view is super helpful, and the built-in link-in-bio is a win.

The reporting could be more in-depth and improved.

I like how the video is posted directly on social media platforms unlike Sproutsocial or any other scheduler. HeyOrca made our work faster as we collaborate with external collaborators and the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of now, there's room for improvement on the story and carousel post. Hopefully, Instagram will allow at least the carousel post to be directly posted. Additionally, there should be a public link where the clients or any other person can see without logging in. Clients can see our internal comments in the meeting. What do you like best about HeyOrca?

The user interface is extremely intuitive. Our team was able to onboard all of our clients easily and all clients were impressed. It allows us to receive client feedback and quickly see which posts are approved, need review, or need edits. Compared to other social media content scheduling and review tools I've used (Sprout Social, Agorapulse, Hootsuite) this is by far my favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HeyOrca?

They don't currently have a comment monitoring tool, but I have never truly felt comfortable in 3rd party comment monitoring platforms.
