HMI has been instrumental in problem solving at industry levels. The ease of implementation and usage has delivered reliable timely solutions for problems that would usually require several manhour interventions.

**What do you dislike about Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence?**

I don't see a downside but the management should work on building brand image at organisational levels.

**What problems is Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For identifying the problem and providing a solution based on the past performance. Reliability of the data is never a question in HMI. It has reduced our revenue in terms of less manpower being deployed for attending equipment issues.
