**What do you like best about HEPCon?**

HEPCon simplifies conference logistics by syncing schedules automatically, engaging attendees with interactive tools, and giving sponsors measurable visibility.

HEPCon addresses the difficulty of managing complex event programs and keeping participants informed in real time. By integrating directly with Indico and similar systems, it removes the need for duplicate data entry and reduces errors. Participants gain an interactive mobile experience with personalized agendas, chat, and timely updates, which keeps them engaged throughout the event. For organizers, this translates into smoother logistics and more time to focus on content and community. Sponsors also benefit from greater exposure and measurable impact, making the platform valuable to every stakeholder.

HEPCon works very well overall, though there’s always room for small improvements as the platform evolves

**What do you like best about HEPCon?**

HEPCon is an app that has very good integration with the conference service indico. It makes it very easy to navigate the content and it is frankly better than the web interface the system provides. I use the app often and I've noticed that the customer support is almost instantaneous.

**What do you dislike about HEPCon?**

The fact that only the conference organizers can enter an event in the app.

**What problems is HEPCon solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HEPCon provides integration with the indico platform and offers all event details on my mobile with easy navigation.
