What do you like best about Heltar?

I find Heltar to be incredibly useful for my business, primarily because it allows me to engage with my customers efficiently through WhatsApp for bulk messaging and marketing campaigns. The customer support is outstanding; they provide human support, which is crucial for regular interactions needed in such a business. Their support team is highly responsive and helpful, unlike competitors who rely on tedious ticket systems. I also love how intuitive Heltar's platform is, which caters even to those not well-versed in tech, like myself. Despite my limited technical skills, I find it easy to navigate and utilize Heltar, as it is designed for laymen and enables ease of use in creating automations and sending marketing campaigns. Moreover, the AI prompt-to-bot creator feature is remarkable and extremely useful; it turns an AI prompt into a drag-and-drop chatbot builder effortlessly, allowing me to create WhatsApp workflows in minutes without coding. Furthermore, I appreciate that Heltar acts as an all-in-one solution, offering CRM functionalities that let me manage leads, tag them, assign them to team members, and automate workflows seamlessly. The platform supports extensive integration with other software, ensuring a smooth process for linking various systems, be it simple tools like Google Sheets or more complex ones like Zoho CRM.
