**What do you like best about HelpDocs?**

I've had several interactions with the support team so far, mostly with River, and I have to say, it's been a real breath of fresh air. The support provided is truly top-notch. Recently, I reached out about a feature I was hoping to use, only to find out it wasn't available. Rather than simply telling me it wasn't possible, River responded by saying, "Let me bring this up with the team and see what we can do." In less than 24 hours, I received a follow-up letting me know that the feature I needed had already been added to the software!

**What do you dislike about HelpDocs?**

I wish I could offer some constructive feedback, but so far, I haven't encountered anything I dislike. Because of this, I don't have any criticisms to share at the moment.

**What problems is HelpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use helpdocs as our primary Knowledgebase system and it works very well, very customisable and easy to use. I don't believe we've ever ran into an issue with it or had any complications in using it.

HelpDocs offers an incredibly user-friendly interface that makes creating and organizing documentation effortless. The drag-and-drop editor, customizable themes, and seamless search functionality help users find information quickly. The platform excels at maintaining clean, professional-looking knowledge bases with excellent responsive design across all devices.

**What do you dislike about HelpDocs?**

While HelpDocs is generally excellent, the advanced customization options could be more intuitive for non-technical users. Additionally, some integrations with third-party tools require more setup steps than expected, and the analytics dashboard could provide more detailed insights about user engagement patterns.

HelpDocs is solving our documentation management challenges by providing a centralized, easy-to-maintain knowledge base. It eliminates the need for scattered documents and enables our team to create professional, searchable help content quickly. The platform's intuitive editor and customizable templates save significant time in content creation, while the responsive design ensures our users can access information seamlessly across all devices. This has improved our customer support efficiency and reduced repetitive inquiries.

**What do you like best about HelpDocs?**

It is a very helpful app where you can manage and collect the entire knowledge base for the product you are selling on a single knowledgeable point and the customers can take help from it. It's reliability and ease of use is the best!

It is not that widely known and hence customers don't know much about it.

It is greatly helping in customer self service about the generators, how to use and it's features which we are currently using!

Ease of adding articles and content to the platform.
Monitor articles - most viewed, most searched.
Export the reports and customize the dashboard via custom styles.

App refreshes very frequently which is very annoying, instead it can only refresh the stale data whenever fresh data arrives.

Creating and maintaining the Knowledge base about out product. Frequently updating it as the product and application grows with new features.

Helpdocs is really useful in collecting organization's knowledge base in a central place. Everything can be easily accessed and referred by the customers. The customizable is excellent to fit our requirements.

**What do you dislike about HelpDocs?**

HelpDocs has everything which is required to maintain a detailed knowledge base along with helpful features. But they can add specific languages for foreign clients.

**What problems is HelpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HelpDocs helps maintain a central knowledge base with can be easily accessed by the customers. This helps drastically reduce the support tickets and overall time spent on customer queries.

At this time there are no dislikes, helpdocs fits in smoothly with other systems making it very user friendly.

The photo taking system tool is really amazing and which makes helpman to shine out. Easy to use and meets the requirements.

**What do you like best about HelpDocs?**

It is one of the great platform that aids in better document creation with its great tools. You can adjust its color and content with SEO optimization and also by custom CSS. You can se the article at stale if it is having a product release or even you can reuse your previous data by the clip tool.

**What do you dislike about HelpDocs?**

As with all the tools, sometimes due to traffic or any other reason, the software gets a bit buggy which leads to annoyance or have the risk of losing the data. According to my company it also needs some more professional fonts to make the writing mire persuasive and encouraging.

**Recommendations to others considering HelpDocs:**

It is an excellent product wit mid-blowing tools and features. This kind of software is hard to find in such a cheap price. More over, being highly integrating and useful, it is very user-friendly.

**What problems is HelpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform is highly useful as its integration with other software is super quick. You can share your articles easily via chat and it has got better on-boarding opportunities then other users. Its working is fast which saves the time as well.

**What do you like best about HelpDocs?**

HelpDocs is one of the very unique tool for use. A lot of its features  are excellent which makes it best for usage. It has the drag and drop list of contents that makes it easier for categorizing your articles. If you have an outdated information, you can mark it as stale and grab the attention into your for future releases. By customizing according to your requirement and navigation purposes, you can make your work unique and remarkable. You also have a filter feature which helps in searching insights and export the data of your need.

**What do you dislike about HelpDocs?**

This tool has done what everybody nowadays is looking for. Therefore I have not found anything at the moment which needs updation. However, if this application keeps itself new and unique according to latest requirements and customer's demand then it will be in the best interest of everyone. One thing more is that it must add more languages for translation purposes.

**Recommendations to others considering HelpDocs:**

It is a highly useful tool being extremely handy with superb features. It is also very time saving as you can reuse your content and also integration is easier. Plus it makes you accessibility more effective by providing SEO optimized templates.

**What problems is HelpDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software has highly helped in its integration with other platforms like slack, chrome and Gosquared. Now by just a click away we can search for anything and also talk to the people and also create and know about latest and related events. Moreover by the cliping feature we can use the same content again instead of writing it from the start. Thus time-saving.

HelpDocs is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. It’s a no-nonsense platform that doesn’t add a bunch of fluff to your documentation. At the same time, it’s completely customizable to your specific business needs.

I’ve come across a few bugs with some of the integrations. The small but mighty team does an excellent job of squashing them quickly, though.

**What do you like best about HelpDocs?**

The structure is great. The features, such as setting an article to stale, ability to add custom CSS, and download articles (or your whole KB!) as a PDF, are fantastic! They're a growing company that is very receptive to feedback. I look forward to every feature release!

**What do you dislike about HelpDocs?**

Sometimes, as with most editors, it can be very slightly buggy. Every instance where something odd happened (an extra bullet in a list, for example), it was resolved very quickly after I reported it.

**Recommendations to others considering HelpDocs:**

If you're looking for great support, an intuitive editor, and great branding options, you're looking in the right place. HelpDocs takes it over the top by also allowing extra customization that I did not find in other similar software.

Having a robust KB is extremely important in customer support and success. The better the documentation we have, the more self-service our clients can be, and the easier it will be for us to educate our clients as well as any new employees.

Affordable solution to a seemingly expensive problem.

**What do you dislike about HelpDocs?**

UI/UX feels somewhat immature. Lack of professional font and formatting choices out of the box. Category pages cannot have content.

For the price, you cannot beat this platform.

I like how easy it was to set up, how quickly we could get our team writing help docs, and how we can integrate it with our live chat tool. Their team is super responsive to questions and great to work with. Highly recommend checking them out for a knowledge base solution.

Don't dislike anything, further integration with our live chat tool would be great!
