**What do you like best about HelloSend?**

I really appreciate how HelloSend streamlines my daily sales and marketing outreach by providing a unified inbox for SMS and WhatsApp communication along with delivery reports. The drip automation features are a big time-saver, helping me switch less between tabs and tools. I find their message log feature particularly useful for tracking and exporting logs effortlessly. Their support team is great, guiding me through setup steps such as purchasing a number from Twilio and setting up my business account. Instant notifications feature keeps me updated efficiently.

**What do you dislike about HelloSend?**

Nothing has been a deal breaker for our team.

**What problems is HelloSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HelloSend for sales and marketing, consolidating SMS and WhatsApp outreach into one platform. It saves time by automating tasks, providing unified data and reports, and integrating delivery records directly into our CRM.

**What do you like best about HelloSend?**

HelloSend is working better for my WhatsApp API communication as it makes tracking my bulk campaign campaigns easy with instant delivery reports and lead status. I also appreciate the HelloSend's support team, who were very helpful during the setup process, assisting me with any questions or doubts I had. Additionally, the platform was very easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about HelloSend?**

I think, I have asked for the AI features, and the support team have mentioned that they are on the pipeline.

**What problems is HelloSend solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HelloSend for bulk campaigns and broadcasts. It gives me instant delivery reports and lead status updates, making my campaign tracking much easier.

I'd love to see an AI-powered auto-reply feature that can intelligently respond to customer text messages on our behalf, helping businesses save time while still providing quick, professional communication.
