**What do you like best about HelloFund?**

HelloFund has become an essential platform for our fundraising events. We use it to manage ticketing, raffles, silent and live auctions, and our paddles-up donations, and it has significantly streamlined how we run our events.
The event pages are professional, easy to build, and incredibly simple for our guests to navigate when purchasing tickets or registering. During the event, the platform makes it easy to manage bidding, track paddle donations in real time, and process payments quickly, which creates a seamless experience for both our team and our supporters.
What really stands out compared to other platforms is how intuitive HelloFund is for event-based fundraising. Everything, from registration to auctions to final reporting, it all lives in one place, which saves our staff time and allows us to focus more on donor engagement and the mission.
HelloFund has helped us run more organized, efficient events while maximizing participation and fundraising results. It’s a powerful tool for any nonprofit hosting auctions or fundraising events.

**What do you dislike about HelloFund?**

Any limitations have not outweighed the benefits. Phil and his team are extremely responsive to our needs or any challenges that we faced while learning to navigate the system. The newest features show us that they listen! Just "Ask Phil" we love it. 
We have only used Hello Fund for auctions and galas so we are not as familiar with broader tools and options.

**What problems is HelloFund solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HelloFund helps us solve several operational challenges related to running successful fundraising events. Before using the platform, managing ticketing, auctions, paddle raises, and payments across multiple tools created a lot of administrative work and increased the risk of errors. HelloFund brings everything together in one system, which allows our team to manage registration, bidding, and donations efficiently while keeping the event experience seamless for our guests.
One of the biggest advantages is how easy the mobile app is for attendees to use. Guests can register, bid in silent auctions, participate in raffles, and make paddle donations directly from their phones without confusion. That simplicity encourages more participation and helps increase overall giving during the event.
Another major benefit is the frontline support from the HelloFund team. Their customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, and they understand the urgency that comes with live fundraising events. Knowing we have reliable support available gives our team confidence when planning and executing events.

Our team at CARY has had a great experience using HelloFund. The platform makes it easy for supporters to give, whether online or at events, and the overall process feels simple and user-friendly for both donors and our staff. We especially appreciate how seamless it is to manage donations and track results, which helps us stay focused on our mission instead of getting bogged down in administrative work. We honestly don’t have anything we dislike about HelloFund. Phil has done a great job growing the business in a way that fits the fundraising needs nonprofits face.

**What do you like best about HelloFund?**

I like how simple HelloFund makes it for buyers and donors to donate or purchase tickets. I appreciate how easy it is to create a page, with QR codes and links that are clear and readily available. It's overall an easy program to set up and use. My favorite feature is "Ask Phil!" which provides quick answers to questions and delivers friendly, efficient customer service. The simplicity in buying tickets and donating helps raise more funds as people find the process easy, and it values their time and energy. The easy page creation respects my time by making setup efficient. "Ask Phil!" ensures I can send accurate and engaging information to a mass audience.

**What do you dislike about HelloFund?**

The parts that are unclear or I did incorrectly initially is the Add Tickets portion to events. I just didn't see it or realize I needed to add, so only 1 ticket was available for purchase. An event also "ended" around 4pm one day when the actual event was at 7pm, so the QR code didn't work when we attempted to sell tickets at the door. Last improvement could be names on event ticket purchasing lists could be alphabetized rather than having to export them.

I use HelloFund to track donations and ticket sales, making it easier to stay organized with large amounts of money. It simplifies the donation process, helps quickly create pages, and provides friendly customer service with the 'Ask Phil' feature.

I appreciate the customer service aspect the best. I’m able to get in contact with an actual person right away when I have a question. They take the time to walk me through every step I need explaining as well.

There’s not really anything I don’t like.

They coordinate all aspects of my events in one place. I have all my event guest info, all raffle purchases, extra service purchases, silent auction, etc. all in one event page. It also allows us flexibility to go paperless. I really enjoy the simplicity of sending everyone reminder texts as well .

I really like HelloFund because Phil and his team are always quick to respond when we need support or have questions. It feels like they're a part of our team, especially with the fast support turnaround for things like building pages or fixing reports. They're always there to help us through any issues. I also appreciate that they can be at our auction events to help run the event with us, which is a really nice add-on. I love how versatile the software is for our school; we can create pages for different purposes like fundraising for our annual appeal or selling field day shirts and birthday shoutouts. The ability to tailor pages to our needs keeps us with them. Everything is consolidated in one place, making it easier for everyone involved, instead of using various different software. The platform is very easy and user-friendly, making setup simple once you get the hang of it. It’s really easy to use for reporting or building pages and collecting funds. Overall, it's a great tool for anyone in development or working on events or fundraising initiatives.

**What do you dislike about HelloFund?**

The reporting can be a little bit more clear. It may be something on how we put the page together, but, again, we had an issue recently with it and Phil was immediately on it and talking to the rest of his team to fix the issue. And we found a solution for it.

I use HelloFund for fundraising and auction activities. It consolidates our financial processes into one platform, making it easier to manage and tailor pages for different needs. It provides responsive support and fits perfectly with our events, streamlining reporting and fund collection.

**What do you like best about HelloFund?**

I like how easy the HelloFund system is to use. It's quick for our account reps and the owner to respond whenever I have a question. I am able to log in quickly and run reports to see where people have signed up, whether it's to sponsor or participate in our golf tournament. The team responds immediately if I have any sort of issue or question. The initial setup was extremely easy, taking less than five minutes, and we got it set up within the first meeting.

**What do you dislike about HelloFund?**

I think the one thing that we needed was somebody in person, and that wasn't due to anything on the HelloFund end. It was just budgeting for what is the part of our contract. We will now be upping our contract to have somebody in person on the day of our event. I just wish that we had had somebody in there for our last event because it became bigger than the year prior when we used HelloFund. And I think that having somebody in person there to troubleshoot pain in the ***, somebody showing up without registering initially, and needing a bidding card number. That was our only issue that we found.

HelloFund helps me track people registering for events, manage auction items and money, and run reports easily. It allows me to log in quickly and receive immediate responses from the team for any issues.

What I like best about HelloFund is the user-friendly dashboard and how easy the platform is to navigate. Importing items into the silent auction section is simple and efficient, which saves a lot of time during event setup. I also appreciate the ability to make real-time adjustments quickly, which is incredibly helpful when managing a live event and needing to update items or information on the fly. The guest check-in process was also fantastic. My team was able to manage check-in for over 200 guests smoothly, and the ability to merge couples so they shared one bidder number instead of two made the process much easier and more organized.

Since the platform was new to me, it took a little time to get familiar with all of the features and navigation. Like any new system, there was a short learning curve at the beginning while I figured out where everything was and how to best use the tools.

**What do you like best about HelloFund?**

I have used HelloFund for fundraising plant sales and it made it super easy to create an online ordering platform. HelloFund took care of creating the order form after I provided all the details for the products. I really like how HelloFund creates an easy-to-follow order, and the reports for our sales are easy to read once the sale is complete. The HelloFund group has been great to work with and so helpful! I also appreciate how HelloFund sends an immediate email with order details and record of payment, and the customer receives an email receipt with details for the pick up of the purchase. The online order creation organizes the products sold and customer contact information. Setup for HelloFund was easy for me, and from our last sale, 90% of our customers chose the online ordering platform provided by HelloFund.

**What do you like best about HelloFund?**

I like that HelloFund Auction and Event Management Software is a one-stop shop that makes things much easier for volunteers. It not only creates a platform for auctions but also advises on starting bids, buy-now prices, and timing. Phil was awesome at creating ways for us to access information that wasn't initially downloadable, and both he and Tiffany sent videos to help us use the software. The ability to take ticket and other purchases and download reports easily helps us keep track of our progress during events. The initial setup was super easy!

**What do you dislike about HelloFund?**

I wish there would be a way to force people to input credit cards that would automatically stay with their bidder account unless the bidder chose to change the card.

**What problems is HelloFund solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find HelloFund simplifies our auction process and helps volunteers by advising on bidding, buy now prices, and timing. It also allows easy report downloads to track progress, making management so much easier.

The personalization and the helpfullness to be able to create a successful event. There is never a time where a reply takes longer than a few hours and Hellofund's team is so diligent and committed to your success

I find HelloFund incredibly valuable for our events. The fundraiser side is super simple to use, and the auction side has streamlined our transition from paper to online bidding. It allows for quick checkouts right from attendees' phones, saving me from days of invoicing. Phil, who supports the program, is always available and helpful. He's wonderful to work with and excellent at strategizing what will raise the most money for our fundraisers.

I think there are a few integrations, but I have already brought them to Phil and he is looking into them.

HelloFund has the best, most direct support. Help is provided by Phil or his staff, who are all knowledgeable and thorough in answering all questions and troubleshooting. From a user perspective, guests can easily navigate, purchase, bid, and donate easily through the web-based platform.

**What do you dislike about HelloFund?**

It would be a helpful improvement to be able to more easily integrate data from HelloFund (donor information, etc.) into our particular database platform. But, Phil and his staff were always able to help with this part of the process.

HelloFund was instrumental in helping our fundraiser grow and evolve, and it made the whole process feel more manageable from start to finish.

**What do you like best about HelloFund?**

I use HelloFund Auction and Event Management Software for registration, processing sponsorships, and onsite donations and bidding. I appreciate how it allows for streamlined communication, processes credit cards, tracks sponsorship payments, and collects guest names. Phil is SO helpful! Our company works with several event softwares and he is always so quick to answer emails, jump on a call, and help build out our fundraising pages. I like the quick replies, access to video calls, AI support, and one-pagers. The initial setup was super easy!

I need a better understanding of the invoice process and wish we could advertise the silent auction on HelloFund.

> Invoicing is a newer feature at HelloFund.  We do have some customization options for invoicing on our product roadmap.  

In regards to advertising the silent auction, we have a few options where you can add this.  Under Software Settings > Landing Page Builder, you can add a content block to preview / highlight the silent auction once you make these items active.

I’ve been working with Phil and using his nonprofit event software for over seven years now, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From day one, the experience has been wonderful—from setup to daily use, everything about the platform is incredibly user-friendly. Whether you're managing a small gathering or a large-scale fundraiser, the tools are built to support your success without adding complexity. I personally use this software for over 6 events each year, ranging from small ticket sales to a large-scale gala. Copying event info from one year to the next is a breeze, making setup easy.

One of the biggest standouts is the amazing customer service. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Phil, and I can confidently say he’s one of the most dedicated and genuine professionals in the industry. He truly values his customers and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we feel supported and empowered. I have been using HelloFund for the last three years for the last three years for our school gala, golf tournament, GivingTuesday and more. The more I use it, the more I realize "oh, I can use it for that!" and it's been really convenient having all the data in one place. I have become better at it as I use it more but I will say that even the first year of using the auction site, I understood how to navigate it. It's pretty intuitive in my opinion.

Not knowing everything I need to know right away! But that just comes with time. The second year we used it, I learned more and again and again as the years have gone on.

We use HelloFund for our gala auction so we're able to do live auction, silent auction, Paddles Up, raffles and really anything related to selling anything for the event. I've also used the software for our golf tournament and GivingTuesday.
