The Essentials package brings the full HelloFund experience to your event. Your dedicated onsite rep arrives equipped with laptops, card readers, and bid cards for attendees — plus recording sheets for Paddle Up giving. On event night, your rep handles everything behind the scenes: recording live auction sales, managing multi-sales, and tracking Paddle Up results in real time. That means you and your team can stay focused on what matters most — working the room and connecting with your donors.

Most of our competitors lure you in with a 'free' platform — then quietly take a percentage of every dollar your donors give. That means the more successful your event, the more they pocket.

HelloFund's pricing starts at a flat $1,495 with no surprises. And unlike competitors who stack a platform fee (4–5%) on top of credit card fees, HelloFund's credit card fee is a flat 3.5% — low enough that more donors are actually willing to cover it. "Effortless Auction Management with Stellar Support"

What do you like best about HelloFund?

I like that HelloFund Auction and Event Management Software is a one-stop shop that makes things much easier for volunteers. It not only creates a platform for auctions but also advises on starting bids, buy-now prices, and timing. Phil was awesome at creating ways for us to access information that wasn't initially downloadable, and both he and Tiffany sent videos to help us use the software. The ability to take ticket and other purchases and download reports easily helps us keep track of our progress during events. The initial setup was super easy! What do you dislike about HelloFund?

I wish there would be a way to force people to input credit cards that would automatically stay with their bidder account unless the bidder chose to change the card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
