The products and facilities offered at the time were excellent and allowed me to earn additional income for my business by reselling their services. Their customer service has always been good. **What do you dislike about Heart Internet?** HeartInternet was taken over by GoDaddy a few years back, and since then, the service has gone downhill. They have not invested in the infrastructure, the control panels are dated, and the servers are slower than competitors. **What problems is Heart Internet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not any now; I had so many problems with HeartInternet I have moved my services and servers to another provider. ### 3. Was once a great platform **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Adam K. | Web developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022 **What do you like best about Heart Internet?** These days, we rarely use Heart Internet; we have a few domains left on the platform, over the years we have switched to a better run platform, The best thing about Heart Internet is the support they offer. **What do you dislike about Heart Internet?** We found Heart Internet unstable as a product and over the years experienced a lot of downtime on our services, which was the trigger for us to look elsewhere for a hosting solution **Recommendations to others considering Heart Internet:** At this point as a business, i wouldn't recommend using Heart Internet as we have found other services to have a better UI and service overall. Heart Internet may be good if you are starting out and need a simple no thrills service. **What problems is Heart Internet solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we first started as a company in 2012, Heart Internet was a perfect platform to host multiple websites for our clients using their reseller service.
