I would struggle to find anything positive to say about Heart Internet since using other web-hosting providers

It’s was great until they were taken over
Customer Support was ok but they kept changing the rules, I originally signed up for unlimited reseller account and they changed it and started limiting they were also more expensive than the competition and I lost trust in them

A company that started well but has gone down hill.
I was a reseller with Heart for around 10 years. The products and facilities offered at the time were excellent and allowed me to earn additional income for my business by reselling their services. Their customer service has always been good.
