**What do you like best about Hear.ai?**

Hear AI has been able to produce Data that drives new business approaches. With Hear AI - We have been able to full import all service and product reviews to be able to understand more in depth analysis to help drive company improvements. We have also been able to integrate a full QA process, aligned with company expectations that drives continuous improvements with agents. Hear AI set up process has been smooth and had great support team to help implement

**What do you dislike about Hear.ai?**

None found as of yet, We met at a Conference and they have been able to continue ticking the boxes

**What problems is Hear.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hear AI - Has enabled us to be able to have all calls supported from a QA perspective looking at training and process gaps. while enabling our Team Leaders to have real time coaching, As a business we are now able to receive more feedback/data to help drive business performance.
