It's been really refreshing to use the Haystack platform and have the continuous support of customer success manager, Kitty, throughout our hiring process. We almost immediately had access to high quality candidates and were able to hire with a short turnaround. My only criticism regarding the platform is there are a few additional features that would help contain the whole process within the Haystack platform, making it all more tidy. One example is that I would like to be able to store notes against a candidate. I don't recall seeing a feature for this. Also, even though messaging is included, I didn't have much success contacting candidates through it and instead used email. Neither of these is remotely a dealbreaker.
