It's been really refreshing to use the Haystack platform and have the continuous support of customer success manager, Kitty, throughout our hiring process. We almost immediately had access to high quality candidates and were able to hire with a short turnaround. My only criticism regarding the platform is there are a few additional features that would help contain the whole process within the Haystack platform, making it all more tidy. One example is that I would like to be able to store notes against a candidate. I don't recall seeing a feature for this. Also, even though messaging is included, I didn't have much success contacting candidates through it and instead used email. Neither of these is remotely a dealbreaker. Haystack has been a positive, growing platform with some good candidates across the board. The support from the team including Kitty, Harriet, Neil and Chris has always had a personal touch and the positive changes that have been implemented from when we first started using the platform around 4 years ago is incredible! One of the best things about haystack I feel is the ability to show general interest in companies. Even if they don't have positions open at the time, they are notified that you're interested in roles their and they can reach out to you if they have something.
