It's been really refreshing to use the Haystack platform and have the continuous support of customer success manager, Kitty, throughout our hiring process. We almost immediately had access to high quality candidates and were able to hire with a short turnaround. The subscription model works much better for us than the exorbitant fees from your typical recruiter. Would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only criticism regarding the platform is there are a few additional features that would help contain the whole process within the Haystack platform, making it all more tidy. One example is that I would like to be able to store notes against a candidate. I don't recall seeing a feature for this. Also, even though messaging is included, I didn't have much success contacting candidates through it and instead used email. Neither of these is remotely a dealbreaker. Haystack has been a positive, growing platform with some good candidates across the board. The support from the team including Kitty, Harriet, Neil and Chris has always had a personal touch and the positive changes that have been implemented from when we first started using the platform around 4 years ago is incredible! In my experience with Haystack, working with the customer success teams and everyone i've met in the business has been very helpful and friendly. They take time to understand what your company is needing from the platform and listen to your feedback to help shape the product.

From a Recruitment perspective, we have hired some strong Techies and had a number of good interviews from the platform.

Being a smaller company/growing product, it doesn't have all the functionality you desire from day one. But they do listen to feedback from all clients and are continously developing the product to add new capabilities, which will really help the overall recruitment experience. One of the best things about haystack I feel is the ability to show general interest in companies. Even if they don't have positions open at the time, they are notified that you're interested in roles their and they can reach out to you if they have something.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable about the product. Our initial demo wasn't someone talking us through a script of the features, but instead was someone who had listened to what we wanted and how we worked, and showed us how we would want to use it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
