I really like Haven because it offers an easy button for managing investor updates and cash flow, making financial decisions so much simpler. The consolidated dashboard means I don't have to log into multiple platforms, and I can always rely on the financials being ready for investor updates. I also appreciate that every month I get an email asking for details on transactions followed by a notification that my monthly books are ready, which helps streamline writing investor emails. It's great having access to a verified team of responsive bookkeepers and CPAs, and I never have to second guess the service or the information. I love how Haven made onboarding so easy and streamlined, which was a big relief for me as a founder who doesn't want to deal with bookkeeping headaches. Haven is incredibly responsive. I simply reach out to our contact on Slack and - often with seconds - I have a response. It's night and day from other firms I have used. Honestly, very little. I wish they had more self-serve onboarding options, but their hands-on approach during setup was actually better for getting everything configured correctly.

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. The only minor hiccup we experienced was due to our bank’s outdated integration service not working initially, but the Haven team jumped in right away and coordinated with our bank’s representatives to resolve the issue.
