Harnyss AI Reviews & Product Details

Harnyss AI is a business operations layer that turns autonomous AI agents into reliable, governed business process. The platform runs a hierarchy of specialized agents — Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Engineering — 24/7, inside the boundaries you set. Built on the Claude Agent SDK, every Harnyss agent has a defined mandate, scoped tool access, approval gates for high-risk actions, and a full audit log. The model provides the reasoning; Harnyss provides the operating structure: hierarchy, persistent memory, governance, coordination, and a learning loop that compounds over time. Harnyss is not a chatbot, not a copilot, not workflow automation. It is the layer above those tools, where multiple specialized agents coordinate across departments, learn from their own operation, and execute inside operator-defined rails. Five capabilities make it operational: • Cross-functional intelligence — signals flow across departments automatically, so churn risks, pipeline gaps, and revenue patterns surface before they compound. • Command Bar — a natural-language interface backed by Model Context Protocol; create agents, build workflows, and configure capabilities without touching a settings screen. • Workflow Builder — multi-step workflows that execute inside the harness, with bounded mandates and hard approval gates. • Signal Intelligence — cross-department pattern detection that flags drift before it acts, with cost tracking per agent, workflow, and outcome. • Recursive learning loop — agents refine instructions, routing improves, and the whole operation compounds with every task. Harnyss connects natively to your tools including HubSpot, Slack, Gmail, Notion, Linear, Stripe, and others. For operators who want AI running a function of their business, not just helping with parts of one.
