**What do you like best about Happie?**

We have found Happie to be rather helpful in our search for more efficient ways of recruiting employees. In terms of candidate sourcing, it allows us to make outreach to a broad list of matching applicants through different means.

**What do you dislike about Happie?**

The limits in the candidate filtering option are apparent in my opinion.  The platform is not very flexible in terms of viewing many/filterable detailed criteria, such as skills or experience level.

**What problems is Happie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Happie takes over part of work with attracting and reaching out to candidates, so my team saves time for filtering and selecting the top performers. It helps to provide more coverage and foster connections with potential candidates/to be applicants.

It needs to be bit more responsive. Further updates needs to resolve this
