Takes the guessing game out of knowing what to say, and you can earn points while doing so! The rewards system creates friendly competition adding in some fun. Every Account Manager I've had at smarp has been incredible, they are highly intelligent and friendly people to work with. **What do you dislike about Haiilo?** Would love it if they could bill in CAD versus USD, the fluctuation in the exchange can really throw off the cost. **Recommendations to others considering Haiilo:** When you're implementing Smarp, make sure you have 2-3 people involved for: - Overall management of the tool, researching/developing content to publish, and sharing analytics - Review and approval of proposed articles - HR rep to help with culture related posts and helping promote adoption Having an Executive Sponsor is also key to success. **What problems is Haiilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anyone at our organization who wants to be an employee advocate of our organization can do so effortlessly. People know the AMA but they don't know the specifics of all of our work and its impact on their lives and profession. Also haven't quite figured out if I can upload videos. It won't take them from our LinkedIn posts and I miss this feature as videos are better for gaining views. When ambassadors make posts for sharing it's also unclear if they have to "re-post" it in order to make it appear on their personal LinkedIn profile. **What problems is Haiilo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Have gotten better candidates since using Smarp to post our job adds - probably because we reach our best talents network. News shared by brand ambassadors are perceived as much more authentic and therefore they are shared more often.
