What do you like best about Haiilo?

What do you like best about Haiilo?

They have changed the entire reporting structure. Earlier it was easier to get reports with filters but with the latest update, you cannot get specific data. Also, the reach varies drastically from one month to another from 6 Million it drops to 800K and then climbs again to 9 Million with almost similar shares and post numbers.
