  ### 1. Merging of Salesforce Instances - Data migration and transformation

**What do you like best about Habenae?**

Habenae is extremely detailed.  They did a great job of making sure all aspects of the process are considered and everything is actioned appropriately and in the correct manner.  They are a pleasure to interact and do business with.

**What do you dislike about Habenae?**

There wasn't really any downside I can think of other than maybe some time differences, but it was nothing that caused issue.

**What problems is Habenae solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Habenae assisted in the merging of two Salesforce instances.  This involved a ton of process documentation, data deduplication, and strategy.  On top of that, they also assisted in reorganizing our Salesforce Accounts into appropriate Corporate hierarchies.  This work has made our business much more efficient.  We are now housed in one place and our reps have a much clearer understanding of their books.

**What do you like best about Habenae?**

We really enjoyed our meetings with Ricardo and also has good experiences with other members of the team.

**What do you dislike about Habenae?**

It would be nice to have met in person once or twice.  However, this wasn't essential for the delivery of the work.

**What problems is Habenae solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Habenae has taken the project management load from our shoulders for some sticky projects that are important but not urgent.  Having Habenae involved has ensured that the projects keep moving.

The team was professional in their approach and despite many difficulties they delivered on time.

There are no downsides of working with this team.

**What problems is Habenae solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a legacy MS Dynamix implementation that needed to be re-architected onto Salesforce in order to make sure we had an accurate client master, we could forecast per the sales stages that were relevant and we had a view on the upcoming renewals for the business.

**What do you like best about Habenae?**

Habenae gave us the expertise to operationalize enablement for our Business Development team and helped us implement an evidence-based sales methodology to improve forecasting accuracy. They helped us make our sales strategy tangible and guided us on how to tactically introduce these elements across the organization. They helped us leverage available technologies (i.e., Outreach, BoostUp, MindTickle, Salesforce), significantly automating our sales experience and creating actionable analytics to fine-tune our strategy as these initiatives evolve. Finally, they provided our first-line managers with advisory support and expertise throughout the process, helping us build the skills to keep improving after the project had come to a close.

**What do you dislike about Habenae?**

Habenae was helping us with two pillars: Systems transformation and elevating RevOrg proficiency, which ran concurrently. The processes, people and tools 'pace of change' was potentially overwhelming for the sales team. In hindsight, extending the project timeline with the Habenae team would've yielded further returns.

**What problems is Habenae solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Habenae enabled us to deliver a razor-focussed Go-To-Maket strategy to utilize our resources and people effectively. Their knowledge of sales teams´ rationale and RevOrg technology allowed us to improve the volume and quality of our pipeline / win rates. This engagement has resulted in a complete optimization of how we manage opportunities and increase sales velocity within our company.
