I highly recommend the business since I adore it. Amazingly simple to use, it was provided quickly and effectively when I did occasionally require advice. Which a few keystrokes, I can search for my financial information. It was pretty user-friendly, especially for someone who uses technology sparingly. It records users, payments, dates, and hours of use for members. I can use punch cards and memberships of various kinds with it. I would (and have) recommended this product to anyone just starting in the fitness industry. This was a business saver because I was fresh to the industry when I started. It keeps daily, monthly, and annual financial records for tax season. Their level of customer service has been exceptional. Even on the weekends, we can always obtain the assistance we require within an hour, if not sooner. **What do you dislike about Gym Assistant?** Nothing that sticks out as an obvious flaw was present. The twin displays are an issue, and the desk card reader frequently didn't function. Additionally, reports were challenging to peruse. It's an outdated UI and doesn't support mobile devices, and setting up several PCs to access the system is complex. **What problems is Gym Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our employees would benefit significantly from a well-organized filing system that included all our members, past and present. It helps our CPA and has even been helpful when seeking loans. I wish someone around could spend some time with me so I could use the product to its full potential because I feel like I'm only making use of a small portion of its capabilities. ### 2.
