In general, Gym Assistant has been fantastic. I highly recommend the business since I adore it. Amazingly simple to use, it was provided quickly and effectively when I did occasionally require advice. Which a few keystrokes, I can search for my financial information. It was pretty user-friendly, especially for someone who uses technology sparingly. It records users, payments, dates, and hours of use for members. I can use punch cards and memberships of various kinds with it. I would (and have) recommended this product to anyone just starting in the fitness industry. This was a business saver because I was fresh to the industry when I started. It keeps daily, monthly, and annual financial records for tax season.
Their level of customer service has been exceptional. Even on the weekends, we can always obtain the assistance we require within an hour, if not sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing that sticks out as an obvious flaw was present. The twin displays are an issue, and the desk card reader frequently didn't function. Additionally, reports were challenging to peruse. It's an outdated UI and doesn't support mobile devices, and setting up several PCs to access the system is complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
