**What do you like best about GTM Buddy?**

What I like about GTM Buddy is that it focuses on what actually helps close deals, not just content views or downloads.

The AI makes it easy for reps by bringing the right content directly into the CRM, so they don’t have to search for it themselves.

I also like how content engagement data helps PMM teams understand what’s working and what needs improvement.

Ask Buddy seems like a big time-saver because it reduces constant support requests from sales teams. And the AI Role Play feature is a smart way to improve messaging and talk tracks faster.

The Enablement Index is another strong feature because it gives leadership a clear view of what’s working across the team.

**What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?**

A couple of areas where GTM Buddy could improve:

The UI can feel a bit overwhelming when you first start using it, especially with so many features packed in.

I’d also like to see more flexibility in the custom report builder to make reporting easier to tailor for different teams and leadership needs.

**What problems is GTM Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GTM Buddy helps solve a big problem for PMM and sales teams, understanding what content is actually being used and what’s helping move deals forward.

It gives clear visibility into which assets sales reps are sharing with prospects and which ones buyers are engaging with. That helps us decide what content to invest in more, what to improve, and what to stop spending time on.

One interesting learning for us was that a content piece that sales teams strongly requested ended up being one of the least used assets after launch. That insight helped us have better discussions with sales leadership and rethink priorities for the next quarter.

The AI features in Nucleus are also helpful because they highlight skill gaps across reps and suggest coaching areas. It saves time and enables more personalized enablement.

I also like the Roleplay feature since it helps teams improve talk tracks and messaging through quick feedback and practice.

**What do you like best about GTM Buddy?**

I like the content management features, especially how easy it is to handle access control, uploading, and updating our content. I use those features every day. The AskBuddy option is also pretty amazing; it gives quick answers based on the content we upload, so our teams don't have to dig through 100s of uploads. The support we receive from the GTM Buddy team is fantastic, too.

**What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?**

Some parts of the platform could use improvement in terms of user experience, particularly the learning management system. That being said, it's easy enough to figure out now, and I understand that updates are on the way.

**What problems is GTM Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we're solving with GTM Buddy is content management and access control. In the past, we had multiple disjointed decks circulating, which made it difficult to keep track of the latest information. Now, we have a single source of truth, allowing our internal teams to access the most up-to-date resources.

**What do you like best about GTM Buddy?**

The AI-driven technology is incredibly powerful. Its quality definitely depends on the quality of what you put in it, how it's tagged, etc., but with some upfront work, the recommendation engine is great. My reps are thrilled they don't have to go to a web app and can do 99% of their tasks from their Gmail or Gcal. We switched from Highspot, which was essentially serving as an expensive content management system for us. Our entire organization was extremely frustrated with that solution, had trouble finding what they were looking for, had very low confidence in the search results, etc. Feedback from our users has been phenomenal, with several reaching out to say they'd gotten more value from GTM Buddy in the first hour than they'd gotten in the last year from Highspot. Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention their CS team. It's been by far the best CS team I've worked with in my career - not once have I ever had a question or concern that's gone unresolved in a very quick manner. I'm so grateful for their partnership.

**What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?**

There are a few minor UI nuances or limitations that have surprised me, but each time I've questioned something, it's immediately been shared with the Product team and added to the roadmap. Now entering our third year with the company, I've seen several of our suggestions be implemented.

**What problems is GTM Buddy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're primarily using GTM Buddy for sales/GTM enablement. We needed a place to organize internal and external GTM resources and make them easily accessible for sales/CS. The fact that GTM Buddy can also make contextual content recommendations is icing on the cake, and something our entire org is excited about.

The system works really well, but the best thing is the people. Our CS team was available and responsive when situations arise, always happy to help and proactively checking in afterwards

Our team has a very strong experience with GTM Buddy, the only downside is how powerful and extensive of a solution it is, it can be a bit hard to digest. But again, the CS team did an amazing job at addressing our questions

I mean i don't want to sound like diplomatic but the harsh truth is GTM buddy is always online and always shoots notifications regarding which prospect opened the email at what time , even during weekends.

**What do you like best about GTM Buddy?**

GTMBuddy is an easy one-stop shop for all my collaterals. I've created Digital Sales Rooms for a lot of my prospects and has been greatly helpful in understanding who viewed what collateral and for how long.

The added benefit of pulling out insights on the collateral shared with our prospects really helps prioritise deals.

Their support team is always available on standby and quick to resolve my queries, while also suggesting more tips and hacks.

The integrations with our internal communication channels as well as our CRM has made it easier to view insights and pull in any relevant content.

**What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?**

The UI is a bit clunky and overwhelming- can take some time getting used to.

AskBuddy and homepage can be changed to make it more dynamic to the user who is working on the platform

I love how GTM Buddy makes it easy to organize and share resources with prospects through digital sales rooms and bundles. It feels polished and professional (especially the update!), and has helped our team present content in a way that’s much more engaging. GTM Buddy has been an absolute game-changer for our enablement efforts. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and packed with functionality that makes it easy to get the right content to the right people at the right time. We’ve never experienced any downtime or technical hiccups - it just works.

What really sets GTM Buddy apart is the customer service. The team is incredibly responsive, quick to answer questions, and genuinely open to feedback. I’ve submitted roadmap requests and actually seen them implemented - something that’s rare and so appreciated. It’s clear they care deeply about building a product that works for their customers.

The implementation process was also seamless. We had full support every step of the way, which made getting up and running incredibly easy.

We’ve found the current integrations, like with Google Calendar, especially helpful - content is delivered in a push method, which makes it more accessible for our team and encourages consistent and frequent usage.

Highly recommend GTM Buddy to any enablement or GTM team looking to level up!

**What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?**

Honestly, not much! If I had to nitpick, it’s that there’s so much functionality, it can take a little time to uncover everything the platform can do. That said, the onboarding and support teams are amazing and make the learning curve pretty smooth.

Looking ahead, I’d love to see even more integrations - something like a DealHub integration, for example, could make digital sales rooms even more impactful. But overall, it’s been an incredibly strong tool for our team.

GTM Buddy helps us solve one of the biggest challenges in enablement: getting the right content in front of sellers at the exact moment they need it. Instead of digging through folders or bookmarking endless links, reps get contextually relevant content surfaced automatically, whether they’re preparing for a call, writing emails, or checking their calendar.

It’s also helped us streamline onboarding and reinforce training through in-the-flow guidance, which drives faster time to ramp and better content adoption overall. And having both our CMS and LMS centralized in one place means tool fatigue is no longer an issue , reps aren’t juggling multiple platforms just to find what they need.

The push-based delivery ensures our enablement efforts actually reach the field and that’s made a big impact on usage and outcomes.

GTM Buddy truly excels at surfacing the right content at the right time within the tools our sales team already uses—like CRM, email, and Slack. The contextual recommendations are spot on, helping reps avoid the time-consuming hunt for assets. It’s intuitive, easy to onboard new users, and integrates seamlessly into existing workflows. The analytics also give valuable insights into what content is resonating with buyers and how it's being used in deals.

The platform is powerful, but at times, the backend content organization and tagging can feel a bit manual and time-consuming to set up properly. Also, while integrations are strong, more out-of-the-box customization for industry-specific workflows would be helpful. Occasional lag in syncing updates from the CMS is another minor concern.

The best part about GTM Buddy is their Intent to provide the best experience to their customers, they interact with the users, take their feedbacks and work on it in a timely manner.

From a product centric view, I love the content sharing and the insights that I get regarding the asset. Recently I have been using their ASK BUDDY feature and I am surprisingly happy about how it has shaped up and how useful it is for SDRs and PMMs to seek right answers in natural language in real-time. Nothing so far. But if I have to pick one, it will be the need to enter email ids every time when accessing the Digital Sales Room.

Admin is given a ton of tools to properly organize company resources that makes it easy for sellers to access. I don't find myself only relying on the search function to find resources, which can often take a long time to find what you're looking for. Aside from that, the other features like integrating with Gmail (tracking opens), and allowing sellers to create digital sales rooms are incredibly helpful in the sales process.

Only thing is that I've found sometimes the opportunity tracking (linking engagement to deals) isn't always the most accurate. (this is likely because I work as an Account Manager, so we have multiple open opps on a single account)

Overall just saving time in the sales process. There's tons of company information and resources we need to leverage and GTM buddy makes it easy to find what I need. Digital sales rooms also create a great experience for the customer.

**What do you like best about GTM Buddy?**

GTM Buddy is a total game changer for sales folks. I'm talking about getting the exact content, battle cards, or talking points I need right when I need them, whether I’m writing an email, in a meeting, or looking at a CRM opportunity. The Ask Buddy feature is like having a personal sales coach always ready with instant answers - obviously you need to invest time in organising your collaterals the first time but they alos help a lot with that. 

The digital sales rooms are another highlight; they create a professional space for buyers while giving me real-time insights on what content is resonating, allowing me to focus my follow-ups where they’ll have the most impact. It's a huge win that GTM Buddy works perfectly with my everyday tools like HubSpot, Gmail and the google calendar so I’m not constantly jumping between apps. 

This all actually frees up a ton of my time, allowing me to engage with more prospects and get more done in my limited hours. The customer support and implementation team have also been amazing by being super responsive, helpful and genuinely invested in our success.

**What do you dislike about GTM Buddy?**

While the platform is packed with functionality, it can be a bit overwhelming at first to uncover everything it can do. The initial setup for content organization and tagging can feel manual and time-consuming, although the excellent support team helps make the process smoother. I'd love to see a more intuitive and visually streamlined user interface, especially for new users.

Would love some more AI capabilities like creating collaterals for us using our brand design and existing content.

GTM Buddy is primarily solving the problem of organising the multiple collaterals, blogs and presentations that our organisation has produced over the last 4 years. This helps knowing which content is helpful for every type of persona across different organisation sizes. With regards to context enablement that often helps me and our sales teams increase their effectiveness and run more prospects through the funnel, faster.

The digital sales rooms provide a professional, organized space for prospects to rope in different stakeholders (InfoSec, CFO, COO, etc.) and gives real-time insights into what content they're engaging with. This allows me to tailor my follow-ups and conversations, making every interaction more impactful.

Having used GTMB for just over a year, I’ve seen a steady stream of feature enhancements that have significantly improved the platform’s usability and overall experience. The team is incredibly responsive to customer feedback -whether it's suggestions, recommendations, or pain points, they genuinely listen and do their best to incorporate those insights into the product. Even when a feature isn’t currently supported, they consistently offer thoughtful workarounds to help us achieve our goals.

I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Nisha (who has played an extremely helpful role in supporting the migration of new pages), Sundar (there's too much to be said so keeping this short- always providing amazing support & guidance), and GTMB's fantastic back-end IT team (who has sat through many of my feature video requests)! Our weekly meetings with them have been invaluable in helping our team fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. Their support ensures we’re maximizing the value of GTMB, and whenever we run into questions or issues, we know we can count on them to find a solution quickly and effectively!

Honestly, there’s very little I dislike about GTMB. The team is always working hard to roll out new features and provide excellent support. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the pace of feature releases. While very exciting to see the platform grow, the frequent updates can sometimes feel overwhelming from a customer perspective- it can be a challenge to keep up and ensure we’re optimizing all the new functionalities.

GTMB has been valuable in helping with:

Our team especially loves Ask Buddy, their AI copilot.
