It was inaccurate, not applicable to my company, had missing information and completely incorrect information. I let them know and they refused to refund. It is a complete scam. **What problems is Growthink solving and how is that benefiting you?** They claim to provide business support, but they are a scam ### 2. The examples of what was important to focus on for financials helped me save time and potential mistep of going down a wrong path. **What do you dislike about Growthink?** The financial templates were a bit much and I ended up using my own. I also wish that there were more design options or even an option to just include my company's brand colors or a spot to drop in my logo. Reformatting the design took some time to figure out as well as how one page at the end was landscape and the rest were in portrait. I also wish the font was consistent, but that was an easy fix. **What problems is Growthink solving and how is that benefiting you?** I did not want to spend weeks pulling together a lackluster business plan. The business plan template was easy to access, download, and plug n' play. I especially liked the detailed touch of being able to right-click the table of contents and it automatically updated with one click. Providing examples and coaching throughout the document was helpful so I could focus my energy on the points that mattered. ### 3. In addition to time, it is just as critical to have a great business plan before starting any business. I am launching my 3rd data technology company, and the amount of work that goes into Market Research, Competitive Research, Financial Anaylsis, and Customer Analysis would normally take months and hours of my time. I feel I've found a lifeline with Growthink. I'm beyond excited and truly appreciative, for the amount of work, time, and support taken to support entreprenuers of every industry. I want to thank every member involved with Growthink, for putting me 5 steps closer to success, with this support. The business plan had good insight and comments for you to really make a professional business plan. The example was not the best but the comments were helpful. The Market research on the other hand was a Terrible mistake!!!! I was very clear that the business would be located overseas and I wanted to be sure that they would be able to deliver a market research for a hotel in France. When I filled all the questions they had for the research they didn't say the company did not know or didn't have access to that information. The market research I received was terrible!! The figures were incomplete, they did not do any comp set even though I gave them 2 properties and asked if they could find 2 more. The numbers did not have any context or from what year they had been pulled. ALL of the sources were public domain (Apparently part of the service is having access paid statistics and numbers) It was a simple google search in a Word document. As far as the business plan spreadsheet, it had several mistakes (in the calculations) And for a business plan for a hotel it didn't allow for revenue that was not Room Revenue. No Food and Beverage and no other lines to be able to add in the assumptions tab. Customer service was very poor, I complained about the spreadsheet having issues and not having all the revenue categories and I did get a response in less than 24 hours, but after that it was radio silence. As far as the market research, I sent an email to the lady that sent it to me asking for more detailed information and I never got a response. Completely unprofessional. I sent an email to customer service to unsubscribe from the monthly service that they offer and I gave her my feedback about the market research and the spreadsheet part of the business plan. The response was: (This was copied and pasted from an email) "We appreciate your feedback and noted this." I've worked in customer service for over a decade now, and I really try to be understanding and patient, but I was shocked that their response was a quick thanks for the feedback and we took note of this! Let me clarify that I didn't write the feedback as a way to get my money back or anything like that. I wanted the product that they had advertised and I had already purchased. But no solution was offered. **What do you like best about Growthink?** The business plan template (the word document) **What do you dislike about Growthink?** The market research was a joke, and their customer service is none existent. **What problems is Growthink solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted a professional market research that I could build on top of to accelerate the creation of a business plan. Did not get anything useful from the market research. I wanted a business plan template for a hotel. The word document was good and very useful but the spreadsheet had a lot missing and several formulas that were wrong. ### 5. I ly recommend them to anyone looking for M&A opportunities, investment banking, general business consulting and related services. **What do you like best about Growthink?** My favorite thing about the company is trust So basically you can do the same thing through other places but yes it gives some sort of certainty and trust to customers when seeing the trademarks **What do you dislike about Growthink?** They ask for too much money, to upgrade or to get a different premium. **Recommendations to others considering Growthink:** They send a lot of emails. Make sure if you aren't interested, to the opt-out quick.
