What do you like best about GroupOffice?

I like Group Office because of the wide variety of functions in terms of project management. Its calendar tool allows me to schedule meetings that I can have in a period of time, I can also schedule activities or tasks. Personally, I also like its function to see the modified files in recent days, so I always have the latest projects I work on first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroupOffice?

I consider that the user interface can be a bit overwhelming when Group Office is used for the first time, since the tools are all independent, for example, the functions of tasks, meetings and projects should be in a single section, but this software visualizes them from independent way in the interface. Recommendations to others considering GroupOffice:

This software offers really complete features, so I strongly recommend its use for project management, specifically in the long term, for companies or organizations. I do not recommend its use for beginners, due to the overwhelming number of functions that the software has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GroupOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Group Office as a virtual personal assistant, since I can organize meetings in my work, organize tasks or activities in the projects I am working on, allowing me to be more efficient. It has also allowed me to save annotations, so I don't forget my notes. Personally, I have managed to reduce the development time of my projects with this software.
