GroomBoard is pet grooming software for independent groomers and small salons. Clients book from a public booking page that shows real availability, and automatic SMS confirmations plus day-before reminders cut no-shows. Client and pet profiles keep breeds, weights, grooming history, photos, vet records, and pop-up reminder notes in one place. The calendar handles recurring appointments, time blocking, and shared schedules for salon teams. Pricing tools support weight-based service tiers and per-appointment overrides. At pickup, groomers can record cash or card payments, deposits, and no-show fees so revenue reports stay accurate. Extras include an AI morning brief of the day ahead, voice-dictated pet notes, Google Calendar and CSV import, and GroomTrack, which texts clients when the groomer is on the way. Plans start at $9 per month with a 7-day free trial and no credit card required.
