Grids are easily accessible and help navigation of cases in a better way

**What do you dislike about Grids?**

The size of each Grid is very compact sometimes incorrect cases are accessed and mistakes happen.

**What problems is Grids solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Grids, we create tickets and cases in Salesforce which helps us keep track of every incident or ticket which we encounter.

It's effective as it organizes cases making people efficient

Nothing much. I like the Grids a lot as it saves me a lot of time doing cases stuff.

It helps the organisation to put all files or cases in just one interface hence it saves time!

Easy to install and maintain, efficient and time-saving and solves the issue of tedious data entry

**What do you dislike about Grids?**

Related to fields are not as easy to lookup as Salesforce and pulling unrelated objects has been a slight issue.
