They are always accommodating. They also have a considerable amount of resources and a great tool to keep all my emails in one location. **What do you dislike about GreenArrow Engine?** It is not very compatible with other software platforms. **What problems is GreenArrow Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inbox monitoring is very helpful. I am also able to keep all emails in one location which definitely helps me to stay organized. ### 2. It is easy to implement **What problems is GreenArrow Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?** A benefit to me is that it is easier to use than PowerMTA. ### 3. Also, impossible to search for a customer name without going into each individual mailing list. **What problems is GreenArrow Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can keep track of our mailing lists but not our members. ### 4. Obviously this isn't for everyone, but it can really help you optimize deliverability and reduce costs. Of course PowerMTA (Port 25) is a lot more powerful and probably performs better, but it's also a lot more expensive, doesn't have a seamlessly coupled front-end, and much more difficult to use. GreenArrow engine was a perfect fit for us and has served our needs perfectly. These are some of the aspects I like most: -A+ customer service. I've dealt with a lot of ESPs, and absolutely no one beats GreenArrow. They are extremely hardworking, ethical, truthful, and trustworthy. The culture there is really outstanding, and much different than other ESPs we have worked with where it's obvious they are just trying to milk us to meet quotas -The documentation is fantastic. Check out docs.drh.net. -Resources are also fantastic. Their ebooks are really well written, simple, to the point, and insightful. They aren't just rehashing simple points and wasting your time. You can really learn a lot by reading what they have to offer. -The UI for Engine is very easy to learn and surprisingly feature rich. You have a lot of good reporting for campaigns but also for time periods and for lists. -The GA seed testing for inbox monitoring works very well. Granted, all seed testing is inherently flawed, but it's as good as any I've tested **What do you dislike about GreenArrow Engine?** For what it is, there are no flaws with GA Engine. Of course, it's a little bit less powerful than PowerMTA, but they wouldn't deny that. If you want something more powerful, you can get PowerMTA, but it's going to be a lot more work, a lot more expensive, and you are going to have a fun time trying to find a front-end that's easy to setup. GA support makes all of this painless. **Recommendations to others considering GreenArrow Engine:** Use GreenArrow engine! Warm up your IPs properly and follow best practices with deliverability and you will do really well. **What problems is GreenArrow Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to reduce costs and manage deliverability/MTA settings internally. GreenArrow allowed us to reduce our costs tremendously (by over 90%).
