**What do you like best about Gravity Booking?**

Gravity Booking has beneficial features like integration with Google Calendar and  Outlook 365 Calander, exporting and importing data, booking reminder emails with custom template creation, etc. Staff use Gravity Booking every day for office meeting room booking, and the process has become streamlined because of Gravity Booking. Implementation is effortless because the integration of the Gravity Booking plugin into WordPress is easy.

**What do you dislike about Gravity Booking?**

Gravity Booking has nothing major to dislike as all the features of this plugin are perfectly developed. Integration is easy but the documentation for developers on the website can be improved.

**What problems is Gravity Booking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my office, there are 4 conference rooms and  9 teams. Team book conference room using Gravity Booking so no team has to wait for meeting together. Also operation team export data to check the conference room usage and plan cleaning and reefiling tea/coffee.
