The equipment and the initial setup were both pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Granite Enterprise Mobility?**

If you run into issues, getting ahold of support can be difficult, and the inability to submit more than one ticket can be problematic.

**What problems is Granite Enterprise Mobility solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their patching and setup were very good and well organized. The initial handoff also felt like a great first step toward using their service, and it made the whole process feel more straightforward from the beginning.
