Gramiety helped me with attracting new local business through my Instagram account

**What do you like best about GRAMiety?**

They explained the targeting process in great detail, helped me pick the best users to reach out to, and were willing to make adjustments as I saw the initial results weren't as impressive as I had hoped. I loved the ability to text with them and get ting things moving very quickly. Plus they have options that don't require my password which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about GRAMiety?**

Getting the lead targeting correct was a bit challenging; however, with the help of the Gramiety team, we got things under control, and new business started coming in.

**What problems is GRAMiety solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After making some changes, new business leads started coming in, and within a couple of weeks, I had recouped my investment in Gramiety's service. The initial success with their product made me confident in their abilities and I'm continuing to use their services to this day.

We're an agency and we've used gramiety for a number of accounts and have gotten tens of thousands of followers. Great company, helps a lot and they have really good customer service. Thanks!

**What do you dislike about GRAMiety?**

No downsides so far. Still getting followers consistently unlike a number of others I've tried.

**What problems is GRAMiety solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was having difficulty getting organic growth, but was able to finally grow my account despite having great content with them.
